I write down my thought in the morning for the day and in the evening my dreams for my life and tomorrow but before I do so I light a candle to start my moment to give my self some time for thoughts..
Sometimes, a small thought can be the beginning of something bigger.
I created A Tiny Ritual Set to invite you to slow down for a moment, choose a thought, and give it a little space in your everyday life.
Inside, you will find a tiny ceramic, beach sand from Mallorca in a black linen bag, a raw Smoky Quartz stone, and eight ritual candles.
WHY A RITUAL?
Life is created through the small moments, but we don't always give them the time they deserve. A ritual is simply something you choose to do with intention. A moment to think about what matters to you, what you want more of, or what you would like to change.
HOW TO BEGIN
Place the sand in your tiny ceramic and find a place for your Smoky Quartz. Choose one of your tiny candles, light it, and let this be your moment to focus on a thought.
It could be a dream you want to pursue, something you are grateful for, a change you want to make, or simply a reminder to enjoy the life you are living.
