Light the Palo Santo stick with a candle, lighter, or match.
Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle and et the stick burn for 30 seconds. Then blow out the flame. Place the stick in the ceramic plate to let it burn.
Let the smoke dance around you and the room you are in to cleanse and clear.
